The LEAGUE OPPOSES THE DECISION OF THE CF - Restoration of St. Gotthard: a slap in the Ticino. Now the double!
The League of Ticino is shocked of the news today that the Federal Government considers how appropriate that would see the two variants Ticino cut off from the rest of Switzerland in the first case for 2.5 years and 3.5 in the second in autumn and spring. A decision which clearly reveals the consideration enjoyed by our County and the home front, or anything after he had left us alone against the tax shield, the cross-border tourism, the invasion of commuters and truck drivers, now it takes Bern cut from the rest of the federal government at street level. The League of Ticino reiterates its opposition to this hypothesis, and prepare policy documents and not to defend the interests of Ticino, its economy and its people. Among these is considering an initiative to double federal, interested in cooperation with the cantons (Uri, Graubünden, Lucerne, ...) in order to express a clear desire on the only possible solution to the prolonged closure of the Gotthard: the double!
