Very Serious aggression affected by a Dominican!
30/01/2011
Friday, January 28, 2011 around 23:30, just hours after the submission by the Foundation Tamagni, a comic drama based on the Damiano, occurred in Bellinzona a new serious aggression. This Hiraldo Edwin Rodriguez, 24, Dominican citizens, convicted of assault during a robbery (!) Ticino from justice when he was still a minor, has prevailed to punches and kicks for petty reasons (apparently jealousy) over a 60 year old Gordola. The victim suffered a brain haemorrhage which required a delicate surgery. The prognosis is guarded. Needless to say, yet another criminal alien affected circulating freely in Ticino - thus constituting a serious danger that the public has repeatedly materialized - has not given any relief to the victim.
We find ourselves confronted with a serious case of another young criminal alien (but how: they were all inventions of the League populist and racist?) with the aggravating circumstance that, in practice, it was known person to justice, which for a minor assault committed during a robbery. The Friday night drama
consumatosi could also cost the lives of the innocent. But it could have been avoided if the foreign criminals, those who reciprocate your hospitality in our country, commit crimes, were expelled.

From what has been learned by the press, Edwin Hiraldo Rodriguez seems possessed of a residence permit in Italy, but lived in Bellinzona.
do not know if after conviction for assault during a robbery, the 24 year old Dominican has been expelled from Switzerland or not (doubt it). If it was not, is serious. If it was, but nevertheless is able to return quietly to (illegally?) In our country, and do what he has done, is just as bad. We cherish

fact little doubt that, with a foreign policy less lax and feel-good, and with a justice more deterrent, this tragedy could have been avoided. We wonder what must still happen before the politicians of this State to realize that maybe it would need to worry a little 'less of alleged racism and a little' more than the crime of importation.
is also noted that young people Dominican nationality to peek more often from the pages of crime, including violent offenders. A circumstance, this, that can not pass unnoticed.
We therefore call on the LORD. State Council:
- What possible (if they had) Edwin Hiraldo Rodriguez lived in Bellinzona?
- Is it true that the person in question is convicted of assault during a robbery? If so, when? What is the penalty imposed on it?
- Following that conviction, Edwin Hiraldo Rodriguez was expelled from Switzerland? If no, why? If so, why was living in Bellinzona?
- The person in question was granted, in Ticino, benefit?
- Does the Security Council that the attack object of this parliamentary act could have been avoided by a stricter policy against foreign criminals?
- Yet another act of violence will last at least feel-good and lax government action against foreign nationals who commit crimes?
- A mind of CdS justice prejudiced against the aggressor must be exemplary?
- How many Dominican citizens appear to have been perpetrators of violent acts committed in Ticino in the last 5 years? With the highest esteem
